 Ease of Use

TA100 Pro is completely menu driven. All processes are clearly marked and follow a common operating thread throughout. For ease of operation, TA100 Pro also has a graphic tool bar to allow quick access to the most commonly used functions.

 Use your Company's Terminology

Another attractive feature of TA100 Pro is the ability to change the names of key fields and automatically have all the menus and reports change to reflect the new name. For example, if your company does not have Departments, but has Cost Centers, simply change the name Department to Cost Centers and all references to departments will change to Cost Centers. 


Each user must enter a Login name and Password before they can access the TA100 Pro system. The system can limit the user to certain menus, what they can do while in a given window (add, edit, delete, view, etc.), and which employees they can access.

− Company Policies and Rules

TA100 Pro will support complex company policies and rules such as rounding rules, shifts, and overtime levels.
Rounding rules can be setup around start/stop times or the actual punch time to avoid overpaying employees. Attendance codes are applied to each segment of the shift rounding segment to track employee's compliance with shift start/stop times. Rounding can also be set up to dock for long lunches and breaks preventing payment for time not worked.
TA100 Pro will support both fixed and floating shifts. Employees may either be assigned a specific start and stop time, or they may punch in and out randomly.
TA100 Pro supports an unlimited number of shifts. Unusual shifts schedules with staggered start times are easily handled.
TA100 Pro supports three levels of overtime on both a daily and pay period basis. Overtime can be paid on a weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly basis. Employees on different pay periods can run concurrently on the same system.

- PC Clock

The PC Clock option allows employees to perform all normal time clock functions at their PC. Or it can be used in conjunction with Time Clock Terminals.

- Employee Configuration

TA100 Pro provides a centralized unique interface where managers can instantly view, edit, or add all aspects of vital employee information: Time Card – Schedule – Status - Benefit Accruals - Messages (Clock Assignments) – Wages (Department-Jobs) – Details (Employee Personal Information).

- Employee Time Card

TA100 Pro user-friendly method for editing and adding employee punches and transactions is at a click of the mouse. Managers may add, or edit in/out punches or transactions for Sick, Vacation, Personal, and other activity, by the click of the mouse. The Time Card Tab displays all punches and calculated hours in a convenient, easy to understand format. Buttons at the bottom of the screen allow immediate access to editing windows and supporting information. Attendance Codes such as early arrival, early departure, late arrival, late departure, long lunch, short lunch, etc. are also displayed. Any pay-period may be selected for editing. Easy Time Card editing is an important part of TA100 Pro.

- Employee Scheduler

Within the Employee Scheduler administrators can create and edit assigned shift schedules and department / job assignments.

- Benefit Entitlement

The Benefits Tab displays how many hours are Allowed, how many have been Taken, what is Pending, and how much is Left, for each Benefit Category. With the optional Benefit Accruals Module, TA100Pro can automatically calculate the available benefit time for your employees. These calculations are based upon rules that can account for different benefit types (vacation, sick, personal, etc.), different accrual methods, seniority rules and other factors.

- Messages (Clock Assignment)

This Message Assignment Tab allows managers to assign different messages to individual clocks. Assign employees to all the clocks, and/or assign employees to specific clocks. - Last Punch Viewer The Last Punch Viewer is a useful tool that automatically displays the last punch recorded for each employee within a certain time range (for example, in the last 18 hours).

- Status Board

The Status Board gives supervisors the ability to view or report on employees’ current status, Clocked In, Out, or all. - Reporting TA100 Pro will generate over 20 different listings on everything from Employee addresses to your Main Company setup. In addition, TA100 Pro will generate 50 up-to-date reports on everything from Annual Attendance to Absences. The amount of historical data that the system will keep is limited only by the size of your hard drive. Previous data can be compressed and archived to save disk space.

- Data Collection

TA100 Pro is compatible with multiple data collection devices. An employee can punch IN at one terminal, transfer Departments and Jobs at another, then, as an example, drive 40 miles and clock OUT at a remote location. TA100 Pro supports the use of multiple TA520, TA530, TASC, and TA620 Data Collection Terminals. For high security and for the elimination of “buddy punching” the TA100 supports the use of the HP Series Biometric Data collection terminals.

- Bell Control

The Bell Control Module allows you to define bell ringing schedules and prompt terminals to activate a user supplied bell, alarm, or other audible signaling device. Each bell can be defined by the day-of-week and time-of-day as well as the duration of the ring.
